He has written over a thousand full length reviews on the spirit and commented extensively on rum related matters for the last fifteen years, ten of them on his own website of the same name. Over the same time frame, he has penned articles about independent bottlers and companies, brought rums from lesser-known regions and countries around the world to the public’s attention, as well as writing an ongoing retrospective series on old and out of production rums.
