Marcus has spent the last 40 years working in an industry he loves – Hospitality. He has opened in excess of 6 venues and opening Hains & Co. in Adelaide in early 2015, a gin and rum bar with a penchant for whisky and cigars. His days are filled with amongst other things tasting spirits to curate the offering from Hains & Co.
A Tasting Australia Spirit Judge since its inception in 2017, and Australian Rum Awards Judge. Put simply Marcus loves good booze and people.
